Pick-Up: From 2 PM. Early pick-up (5 AM – 2 PM) available for $100, subject to availability.
Drop-Off: By 11 AM. Late drop-off (11 AM – 11 PM) available for $100, subject to availability.
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund, minus bank fees.
60-31 days: Loss of reservation deposit.
30-8 days: 50% loss of rental amount.
7 days or less: 100% loss of rental amount. Security deposit refunded.
We strive to provide the agreed-upon RV, but if unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. No further remedies are provided.
Reservation Deposit: 25% of rental amount due at booking.
Full Payment: Due 30 days before rental start.
Security Deposit: $1000, refundable within 1 week if RV is returned clean, undamaged, and on time.
Admin/Preparation Fee: $90 mandatory fee for cleaning, propane, and insurance.
Minimum age: 21 years. Recommended age: 25 years or older.
All drivers must provide a copy of their current driver’s license at pick-up.
No Smoking/Vaping: $250 fee for violations to cover treatment costs.
Pets: Up to 2 common household pets allowed at no extra charge. Do not leave unattended unless crated.
Waste and Propane (Non-Delivery): Return RV with empty waste tanks and full propane tanks, or a $100 fee plus costs applies.
Towing: Unauthorized towing prohibited. Notify us before any towing.
Prohibited Uses
RVs must not be used for illegal activities, towing without authorization, or on unpaved surfaces outside RV campgrounds. Full list provided upon booking.

The fridge in the camper is a 3-way fridge, capable of running on propane, DC (battery), or AC (120V). When camping without electricity hookup, the fridge runs on propane, with one tank lasting up to 16 days for long-term camping convenience. When driving, switch the fridge mode to DC to ensure safe travel without propane being turned on. And when at a campground with electricity hookup, switch the fridge to AC for optimal efficiency.
