How to Book Your Camper Rental
Step 1: Choose Your Dates and Camper
Start by entering your preferred travel dates right on our homepage. You’ll instantly see all available campers that match your schedule.
Or, browse our Campers page to explore our full selection. Once you’ve found the perfect camper, select your desired dates to begin your reservation.
Step 2: Customize Your Trip
Click “Continue to Add-Ons & Pricing” to view a breakdown of your rental. Here, you can personalize your trip by adding optional extras like child seats, propane bbq or starlink.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Fill out the booking form with your contact details and any special requests.
For non-delivery (self-drive) rentals, be sure to include information for all drivers:
- Drivers must be 21 years or older (25+ is recommended)
- A valid driver’s license must be shown at pickup
Step 4: Review and Submit
Before finalizing your booking, you’ll see a full price summary, including:
- Daily rental rate
- A mandatory $90 admin and preparation fee
- Any add-ons you’ve selected
- Taxes – PST and GST
Once everything looks good, click “Book” to submit your reservation.
Step 5: Booking Confirmation & Payment
You’ll receive an automated email confirming we received your booking request.
Within 24 hours, we’ll contact you to:
- Confirm availability
- Arrange payment of your 25% reservation deposit
- Sign the rental contract
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, E-Transfer, Cash, Credit Card
Once confirmed, we’ll email your full booking summary and next steps, including:
- Payment receipt
- Camper manual

Important Booking Information
- Payment Process: After we review your booking request, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability and collect the 25% reservation deposit. The remaining rental balance is due 30 days before your rental start date. A $1,500 security deposit is due on the day of pick-up. The security deposit is typically refunded within 7 days after drop-off, provided the RV is returned clean, undamaged, and on time.
- Cancellation Policy: More than 60 days before departure: Full refund (minus any bank or processing fees). 60–31 days before departure: Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 30–8 days before departure: 50% of the rental amount is non-refundable. 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the rental amount is non-refundable
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Standard pick-up time: 2:00 PM Standard drop-off time: 11:00 AM. Early pick-up (5:00 AM–2:00 PM) or late drop-off (11:00 AM–11:00 PM) may be available for an additional $100, subject to availability. For non-delivery rentals, the RV must be returned with empty waste tanks and a full propane tank. If not, a $100 service fee plus refilling costs will apply.
- Delivery Option: For trailer rentals, we offer delivery to your campsite. Delivered units may not be moved without our prior written authorization.

- Book early to secure your preferred RV and dates, especially during peak seasons.
- Ensure your date range is correct in the search form to avoid changes later.
- Mention pets or special requests (e.g., delivery) in the booking form so we can prepare accordingly.
- Keep an eye on your email or phone for our follow-up within 48 hours to confirm payment and finalize your booking.
