Pick-Up Process

What to Expect: We’ll walk you through the RV’s features, provide a checklist of included items, and answer your questions to ensure you’re ready for your trip.

Standard Pick-Up Time: From 2 PM on your rental start date.

Early Pick-Up Option: Available between 5 AM and 2 PM for a $100 fee, subject to availability. Please request early pick-up when booking.

Requirements:

• All drivers (for non-delivery rentals) must provide a valid driver’s license at pick-up. Drivers must be at least 21 years old, with 25 or older recommended.
• Full payment and a $1000 refundable security deposit must be paid 30 days before pick-up.
• We’ll inspect the RV with you, noting any pre-existing damage on the checkout form.

Drop-Off Process

Standard Drop-Off Time: By 11 AM on your rental end date.

Late Drop-Off Option: Available between 11 AM and 11 PM for a $100 fee, subject to availability. Please arrange late drop-off in advance.

Requirements (Non-Delivery Rentals):

• Return the RV with empty waste tanks (black and grey) and full propane tanks. A $100 labor fee plus additional costs will be deducted from your security deposit if not complied.
• Ensure the RV is clean and free of trash, dishes, or excessive pet hair/stains to avoid additional cleaning fees.
• Inspection: We’ll check the RV for damage, missing items, or cleaning needs. Your $1000 security deposit is refunded within 1 week if the RV is returned in good condition, on time, and per the terms.

Delivery Rentals

For rentals with delivery service, we’ll bring the RV to your chosen campsite. You cannot move the RV from the delivery location without our prior authorization. We’ll handle waste tank emptying and propane refilling if the site has utilities or a dump station; otherwise, a $100 labor fee plus costs may apply.

• Book early to secure your preferred pick-up or drop-off times.
• Contact us in advance for early pick-up, late drop-off, or delivery requests.
• For non-delivery rentals, ensure all drivers have valid licenses and review the towing guidelines provided at booking.
• Return the RV in the same condition as received to ensure a full security deposit refund.
