Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund of the reservation deposit, minus any applicable bank fees.
• 60 to 31 days before departure: Loss of the 25% reservation deposit. No additional charges apply.
• 30 to 8 days before departure: 50% loss of the total rental amount. The security deposit is fully refunded.
• 7 days or less before departure: 100% loss of the total rental amount. The security deposit is fully refunded.

Important Notes

• The reservation deposit (25% of the rental amount) is required at booking to secure your RV.
• Full payment and a $1000 refundable security deposit are due 30 days before your rental start date.
• Cancellations must be communicated directly to us via email or phone to be processed.
