How to Book Your Camper Rental
Step 1: Choose Your Dates and Camper
Start by entering your preferred travel dates right on our homepage. You’ll instantly see all available campers that match your schedule.
Or, browse our Campers page to explore our full selection. Once you’ve found the perfect camper, select your desired dates to begin your reservation.
Step 2: Customize Your Trip
Click “Continue to Add-Ons & Pricing” to view a breakdown of your rental. Here, you can personalize your trip by adding optional extras like kitchen kits, generators, or bedding packages.
Step 3: Enter Your Information
Fill out the booking form with your contact details and any special requests.
For non-delivery (self-drive) rentals, be sure to include information for all drivers:
- Drivers must be 21 years or older (25+ is recommended)
- A valid driver’s license must be shown at pickup
Step 4: Review and Submit
Before finalizing your booking, you’ll see a full price summary, including:
- Your rental rate
- A mandatory $90 admin and preparation fee
- Any add-ons you’ve selected
Once everything looks good, click “Book” to submit your reservation.
Step 5: Booking Confirmation & Payment
You’ll receive an automated email confirming we received your booking request.
Within 48 hours, we’ll contact you to:
- Confirm availability
- Arrange payment of your 25% reservation deposit
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, E-Transfer, Cash, Credit Card (Sorry, no personal checks)
Once confirmed, we’ll email your full booking summary and next steps, including:
- Your remaining balance
- A $1,000 refundable security deposit (due 30 days before pickup)

Important Booking Information
- Payment Process: After we review your booking, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to process the 25% reservation deposit. The full rental amount and $1000 security deposit are due 30 days before your rental start date. The security deposit is refunded within 1 week after drop-off if the RV is returned clean, undamaged, and on time.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 60 days out get a full refund (minus bank fees). From 60-31 days, you lose the deposit; 30-8 days, 50% of the rental amount; 7 days or less, 100% of the rental amount. The security deposit is always refunded.
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Standard pick-up is from 2 PM, and drop-off is by 11 AM. Early Pick-Up (5 AM – 2 PM) or Late Drop-Off (11 AM – 11 PM) costs $100 each, subject to availability. Non-delivery rentals require empty waste tanks and full propane tanks at return, or a $100 fee plus costs applies.
- Delivery Option: For select rentals, we can deliver the RV to your campsite, but you cannot move it without our authorization.

- Book early to secure your preferred RV and dates, especially during peak seasons.
- Ensure your date range is correct in the search form to avoid changes later.
- Mention pets or special requests (e.g., delivery) in the booking form so we can prepare accordingly.
- Keep an eye on your email or phone for our follow-up within 48 hours to confirm payment and finalize your booking.
